    4  Prepare Annual tax computation and ITR 6 Form as part of annual compliance.
    5  Prepare all the required schedules for Tax audit (Form 3CD) and closely work with the Tax auditor to complete the Tax audit. Work with finance team to get the required data for preparation of Tax Audit and annual return.
    6  Responsible for  providing all the required details and explanation for transfer pricing audit report ( Form 3CEB ) to Tax consultant, reviewing of all the factual details in the Form
    7  Work with Tax consultant and Functional interviewee, and to organize the functional interview to access their functions for TP documentation.
    8  Preparing, reviewing, submission to various tax authorities in respect of tax withholding notices, representation before the tax authority.
    9  Reviewing the tax submission prepared by the Tax consultant  wherever the tax assessment is out sourced for entities including TP submissions
    10 Maintaining track of all tax assessment at various level [such as AO, CIT (A) etc.]

    Indirect Tax - Compliance
     
    1  Prepare the working for monthly payment of Service tax ( on account of deemed output, intermediary services )
    2  Working for the monthly payment of VAT and WCT TDS if any for each state.
    3  Prepare the half-yearly service tax return , work with finance team get the required details for this
    4  Prepare the CENVAT credit register as per the requirement of Service tax law.
    5  Responsible for getting the VAT audit done for state of Maharashtra.
    6  Prepare WTC monthly return on with withholding tax applicable as works contract tax 
    7  Prepare and upload the quarterly BS recon is respect of Indirect tax accounts in the specified tool
    8  Preparing, reviewing   submission to various tax authorities in respect of VAT & service tax notices.
    9  Reviewing the tax submission prepared by the tax consultant wherever the tax assessment is out-sourced.
